Mrs. Andonian serves as of counsel to the firm’s employment compliance department. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Andonian worked as an associate attorney where her practice was concentrated employment litigation and related transactional matters.
Mrs. Andonian has experience in all phases of litigation and has represented both large and small private entities and individuals in commercial litigation matters, including employment matters and general commercial and contractual disputes. She has handled all phases of litigation including developing case strategy, preparing litigation and discovery plans, writing and arguing law and motions, and in trial. She is also experienced in handling federal and appellate matters.
Mrs. Andonian has a diverse business background, having spent many years working in both the corporate and management side of small and large companies. She has gained vast experience in employee relations by working in the human resources department of a retail tire distribution company, as well in the human resources department of a private hedge fund firm.
Mrs. Andonian attended the University of Southern California where she earned her B.A. in Political Science and minored in French. She went on to graduate from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was a recipient of a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.
Mrs. Andonian currently resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband and two children.
