Today, Ms. Brenner focuses her practice on commercial cannabis law as well as real estate transactions and finance. As part of her cannabis practice, Ms. Brenner specializes in assisting clients with commercial cannabis licensing on both the local and state level. Ms. Brenner also regularly litigates matters unique to the cannabis industry. Ms. Brenner similarly handles transactional and litigation aspects of real estate matters.
Ms. Brenner received her juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2015 where she was part of vocal student organizations advocating for women’s rights. As part of her law studies, she was among select students invited to receive training from Cornell Law School. She completed her undergraduate degree at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley.
