Savion earned his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he served on the International and Comparative Law Review and worked with the RISE Clinic, advocating for the rights of survivors of human trafficking. In recognition of his commitment to service and justice, he received the Dean’s Service Award. He completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University, where he double majored in sociology and political science.
